Apple Pro Apps bundle delivery pending since last 10 days

It has been over 10 days since I bought the Pro Apps Bundle for Education and I haven't received anything yet. I have my final exams and I need it now. Not sure how to get the software.

Pro App Bundle for Education Installation After I entered my redemption codes for Pro App Bundle, nothing seemed to happen as far as what I should do next for the installation of the software. In addition, the bundle does not show up as purchased in my App Store account. Did I miss something? Please advise. Thanks!

Pro Apps Bundle for Education not delivered after 2 weeks Hi, I ordered the Pro apps bundle for education and it hasn't been digitally delivered, on the order page it says it's been shipped. It's a digital item, so I don't understand how or why it hasn't been delivered within the promised time frame of 1-3 business days. I've received no email update from apple, and have been juggled around support. Has anyone had else had trouble with this? It's been over 2 weeks at this point.

Check the spam folder in your e-mail provider's webmail interface. It may have been wrongly marked as spam.

If you can't find the e-mail there, then you will have to contact Apple support directly.
