I need help

Hi! I changed my sim card when I moved back to Italy from US where I purchased my Iphone 12 Max Pro. Since I changed my sim card I cannot open my ID apple info on the settings (I attached a screenshot of it) I already changed it on the website even the phone number but I still can’t open it or change it from the device. What can I do? I can’t also open my icloud and I pay for it. I can’t even sign out. Thank you

Thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities. We understand you are unable to access your Apple ID info after moving back to Italy.


Did you happen to update your Apple ID country prior to your return?


You may need to access your Apple ID account page to update your Apple ID.


You may also be able to access and update your Apple ID using your computer:

Change your Apple ID country or region
