MacBook Pro 2016 shutting down randomly

Hi everyone,

I've got a problem with my MacBook and I don't know how to fix it. It just shuts down randomly and sometimes reboots subsequently or ends up in a reboot loop. Somehow this happens especially often when I'm on my first Zoom call of the day in the morning.

I have done an Etre Check which I will post it below.

Can anyone help? Thanks in advance.

Hi,

Try to check your MacBook Pro with Apple Diagnostics if it reports hardware error.

Use Apple Diagnostics to test your Mac - Apple Support

Apple Diagnostics reference codes - Apple Support

If it doesn't help, you'd better make Genius Bar reservation if your local retail Apple Store is open or find opened local Apple Authorized Service Provider to be examined your MacBook Pro there.
