I cannot view random websites or install certain apps on a Non Restricted device. There are also no restrictions on my carrier. When attempting to load a page that is restricted I get this link before the page below. I have had this issue on two different IPhone X devices, been through Apple support as well as Verizon without resolution for almost 2 years now.
