HPDeskjet 2130 still not printing on Max iOS 11

Have you also tried downloading an HP DeskJet 2130 All-in-One Printer driver via the HP Easy Admin tool?

This tool can be used if there is a problem with HP Easy Start or HP Smart.

You mentioned November 2020. Alternatively, if nothing else works, what happens if you try drivers for a number of the other HP Deskjet models (driver version 2.3.2, et cetera) listed in Printer and scanner drivers for Mac - Apple Support? The updated package download from Apple (Post Date: Dec 11,2020) HP Printer Drivers v5.1 for macOS at https://support.apple.com/kb/DL1888?viewlocale=en_US&locale=en_US .

If necessary, reset the printing system between tests.

In System Preferences>Fax & Print, Right click or Control+click on the Printers list Sidebar, choose Reset Printing System.

if you hold option and click the "-" tab it resets the printing system.

Safe Boot from the HD, (holding Shift key down at bootup).

Any devices that previously appeared in your Printer List and Fax List will need to be added again after resetting the printing system.
