Tiny black dot on my new iphone 12

I am just doing the initial set up on my new iPhone 12 and observed that there is a tiny black dot on my screen.

I am really worried about it.

what should be my next step ?

My uncle purchased it for me during last month in Dubai, I got the phone today in India. The dot which is kind of single pixel back is very well visible during the initial phone set up itself.

Why this issue on brand new phone?
