I have and iPhone 6s plus 16G , i recently forgot my password so i tried to restore it. My iphone does start the process , and gets to start the restoring and the update , but then in the middle it turns off and back on, forcing me to restart the whole process. A
nd it goes on and on ... what do i do?

I assume you mean you forgot the passcode I(which is different from your Apple ID password). If so, and you tried all the steps in:
If you forgot your iPhone passcode - Apple Support
and you still have problems, then I suggest you should go to an Apple Retail Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider for help. You should be able to borrow a computer from them.
