Watch Update Failing

My IOS3watch will not update. It continues to say not connected to the internet when I am clearly connected to the internet and all devices plugged in. I've tried resetting my phone, logging out of the cloud/account. Removing the watch app, uploading the app again. I am unable to stop the update under the my watch tab. The tab does not work, it just has a start pairing screen with a watch on it. It's been 2 weeks and I'm getting really frustrated not having my watch.

What model of phone is it and what version of ios is it running?

What model of watch is it and what version of WatchOS is it running?.

What troubleshooting steps have you tried?.

What errror messages are you receiving?.

Has this watch ever been paired to another phone?
