keyboard not working

I'm using MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2019, Two Thunderbolt 3 ports) the keyboard suddenly stopped working.

But the touchBar and mouse Pad is working fine. Please suggest any solution.k

Hi,

You'd better make Genius Bar reservation if your local Apple Store is open or find opened local Apple Authorized Service Provider to be examined the keyboard of your MacBook Pro there.

First, disconnect all peripherals from the computer and reboot the computer. If the keyboard still doesn’t function then take kas-k's advice.
