Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
Recently my Mac keyboard stopped working. The trackpad and touch bar are both working but the keyboard is unresponsive. I have tried resetting the SMC and other solutions but none have worked. Oddly, both times I have updated the Mac after it broke the keyboard started working again very briefly.
Any help would be appreciated.

Try to connect external keyboard if it works.
If it doesn't help or you don't have external keyboard, you'd better make Genius Bar reservation if there is retail AppleStore near you or take your MacBook Pro to local Apple Authorized Service Provider to be examined your MacBook Pro there.
