Screen partially works
I dropped my phone and I can only use it to press some of the apps keyboard numbers etc . It was in a shock proof case . The screen is not damage and scrolls between different screens .
It might be an internal hardware connection problem but we, just users like you, cannot diagnose that kind of issue remotely, sorry.
Make an appointment and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) amongthis list:--> Apple – Location Selector
After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
