Sporadic MacBook Pro Crashes

Hi there, to whomever has the time to look at this post, I thank you,

we've been struggling a lot with troubleshooting this MacBook Pro,

It's been taken in to numerous repair shops each giving their own version of what seems to be the case. Been told by one that it's the dedicated GPU that keeps on crashing whenever the laptop tries to use it and another told us it was not the GPU, but instead because of faulty partitioning of the hard drives and that they'd apparently fixed it(spoiler, they did not), to a third repair shop telling me nothing is wrong with the machine.

I've been trying to search what the error codes could mean but I've found no similar results online.

The crashes seem to very sporadic. Sometimes it can be used for hours on end, running numerous apps on multiple screens. I personally have a strong suspicion it is linked to the GPU as the crashing trends seem to correlate to GPU usage. Some days it will work perfectly and others it will crash every 5 minutes regardless of what it's being used for.
