Microphone not working in screen recording

Whenever I use the screen recording it sometimes happens that the microphone doesn’t work even if I keep it on during screen recording i.e the orange dot doesn’t appear on the top right corner and this is a major issue as I need to record my lecture for studies

please help me out for this as soon as possible.

This might not work for Microsoft teams. For the audio are you able to voice over? Maybe get a screen recording app? I do not advise getting an app for it other than apples, but there are some safe and good programs out there.

Make sure that you hold down on the screen recording icon before starting and select “microphone on”. Good luck!

the app is Microsoft teams on iPad Air

and I have recorded many a times correctly where it’s able to record with microphone but sometimes it fails to record audio of person speaking from other side

what happens many a times is when I start to record with the microphone on,for 1 or 2 second the orange dot appears indicating it’s using microphone but then the orange dot goes away suddenly and it’s unable to record audio of the person from other side on meetings of Microsoft teams.

so when I view the recording I can not hear the other persons voice

please guide me
