iPhone SE2020 restarts when using keyboard

My daughter has an iPhone SE 2020 model and recently it started to reset when trying to enter passcode to unlock it. You can press emergency part and cancel but as soon as you try to use keypad it resets. I have done a full restore and it did it again. Thing is sometimes it allows you to enter passcode and can work fine for a day sometimes then all of a sudden it starts to do it again.

any help would be very much appreciated

You've done a great job performing those steps on your own. During the full restore process, do you recall installing any software updates?

If not, please try the steps below:

If there are no updates available, then the next best step would be to contact Apple Support team: Contact Apple for support and service
