how I finish my apple tv?

Apple TV+ (1 month) - 4,99 €/month starting September 17

How can I finish this order? i don't use this app and I don´t want to pay anything.

I received an email saying that we have a subscription to Apple TV through July. When I try to access the subscription via my laptop, the only option is to sign up for Paramount which provides only one month free.
