Converting RAW images to JPG (Canon M100)

Help! My Canon M100 was set at RAW and there are no images when imported - just a grey triangle and exclamation point. What do I do to recover my photos?

If you are still OSX 10.11 as shown, then this is quite an old version and probably doesn't support the M100 raw files.

If so, probably your best bet is to convert them to DNG format using the free Adobe DNG converter app. Your Photos version should be able to read DNG (Though you might need to select an earlier DNG version when converting.

Alternatively, Canon might have provided you with raw development software with your camera, which you can use to make jpg files with.

Worst case, you could try this on line converter, or google for an alternative (search "online raw convert")
