Apple music issue

I run a dual monitor setup at work using Windows 10.

One monitor is connected to the VGA port.

The other monitor is connected to the output of an Amazon basics audio extractor using a HDMI to DVI cable and the extractor is connected to the displayport of the PC using a displayport to HDMI cable.

Anyways when I open up Apple Music in a web browser and start playing music the display connected to the audio extractor goes blank, but if I unplug the monitor from the extractor and plug it back in the display comes back on. Also until I turned focus assist off I'd get a message about notifications while in full screen mode. Also if there's no monitor plugged into the extractor it shows up as the name of the extractor, but if the monitor is plugged into the extractor it shows up as the monitor's name.

Only seems to do it with Apple Music though.

Is there some setting in Apple Music that is causing the second monitor to do what it is doing or is that something Windows is doing or is it just something with the audio extractor?

I have yet to try playing a music video to see if Apple Music is trying to use the second monitor as a display for video.

EDIT:

Just refreshed the website and tried a music video. Second monitor went blank and video played on first monitor.

Tried on another PC and I did not have that issue, however I feel like it wasn't a valid test as that PC does not have any displayports.

I'm fairly sure it isn't the audio extractor as if it was I would not be getting focus assist notifications that notifications were off during full screen mode which is the message I would get whenever the screen would go blank.

Also it's odd that it doesn't do it when I use Windows Media Player.

I don't know as I do not have a displayport to DVI cable to try it with.

I can access Amazon Music at work so I may try that website to see if it does it with it.

If it does I may try another browser (Firefox or edge) and see if I have the same problem.

Also if I unplug the HDMI to DVI cable while playing audio it will throw up an error and stop playing music most of the time unless I plug it back in quick enough.

I could try the Apple Music website on my home PC and see if I have the same issue. It only has a vga HDMI and DVI output though so it may or may not tell me anything conclusive.
