Battrey health

My battrey health dropped 20% for only 2 months use, i dont now why it happend like so much dropped. I dont have any problem with this thing with my previous iphone. And when it comes to 20% and lower battrey percentage, this phone will shut down and suddenly restaring by it self, if anyone knows about this, please reply 😃

We see you have questions regarding your iPhone's Battery Health, and we can help out with that.



We noted you mentioned it has dropped 20%. If the Battery Health (Settings > Battery > Battery Health) now shows as 80% or lower, then this would indicate that the battery needs servicing/replacement. A normal battery is designed to retain up to 80% of its original capacity.
