Fault Code -1006F

My MacBook Pro doesn’t start anymore. When turning it on and use cmd plus R I am able to select a network, but then the fault code -1006F shows up. What are my options to recover the system?

-501 0D A old Macbook running OS Sierra does not start. I run the short Hardware Test, which came out fine. I ran the long Hardware Test, which froze after 2hr 37 minutes, unresponsive. I restarted the computer into Hardware test again. Macbook Pro reboots at start-up. Will boot using Safemode I have a new Macbook Pro 16 inch. I migrated from my old macbook pro. I think there is a software issue. I can't start-up my mac. It shuts down from a critical error if I try to start-up. I can boot it using safemode, but have been unable to troubleshoot. I removed the start-up login apps. I am still having the issue.
