I’ve completely paid off my phone and had applecare with it. Do I loose my AppleCare after I’ve paid off my phone?

No. Your AppleCare+ plan will remain active for, at least, two years after you first purchased it.

You may also have the option to extend its coverage if it hasn't already expired yet:
