Alarm/Timer Volumes

I have an iPhone XR running on 14.7.1. The volume of timers and alarms seems stuck at an almost inaudible level and I can’t seem to get it to play louder.

I have adjusted the Sound & Haptics to full and turned off the Change with Buttons option. When I adjust the volume slider in Sound & Haptics, the volume changes. Yet when I run an alarm or timer, volume still plays extremely low. I shut down and restarted the phone but the problem persists.

Any suggestions?
