The title of your post says that you have an iPhone 6s. Your profile states that you have an iPhone 6 Plus running iOS version 12.x.x.

If you have an iPhone 6 Plus, then iOS version 12.x.x is the highest that you can go to. You would need a newer model iPhone to update to the current version, which is iOS 14.7.1
