I am locked out of my phone to the point it says “Iphone disabled. Connect to itunes”. The only problem is I have no backup” Someone please tell me apple can unlock it or I can back it up. I also try to plug it into itunes and it isn’t recognized.

Unfortunately, the backup file should have been created before the iPhone got disabled. Your cannot make a backup now. The only option left is to reset your passcode. You will need a computer to complete this task. You can reset your passcode by following the instructions in this article by Apple ➔ How to reset your passcode on a disabled iPhone. All your data on your iPhone will be wiped clean in the process.

When you said "ALL YOUR DATA on your iphone WILL BE WIPED CLEAN IN THE PROCESS",

does it mean that the PHOTOS that has not been backed up in icloud will be deleted as well?

I also have this problem, my phon fall down and broken screen had problem , I just need my document and photos, the screen had problem and unfortunately locked screen and wrote: ' Iphone disabled. Connect to iTunes”. but I know my password ,I don't know what I can do???!! , I don't want my phon I just want my photos and document, near 200G without backup:((((((((((

You too will have to erase your iPhone using the directions provided by Axel above. If you have backed up your phone, or you had Photos turned in iCloud, you'll get your photos back. If didn't backup, nor have Photos turned on in iCloud, you won't. There aren't any alternatives.

thanks for your reply , I think apple must be have one way for this problem and this is a big bug.. , if you forget password or stolen this security is ok and good , even your phone by self disable , what can do ?!!!:((((

Sorry, but Apple can't overcome this for you. It's no bug. Phones become disabled when someone tries to enter the wrong passcode too many times. This is a theft deterrent system. No workaround exists. None.
