Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

I am locked out of my phone to the point it says “Iphone disabled. Connect to itunes”. The only problem is I have no backup” Someone please tell me apple can unlock it or I can back it up. I also try to plug it into itunes and it isn’t recognized.

How do I back up a locked Iphone?

Unfortunately, the backup file should have been created before the iPhone got disabled. Your cannot make a backup now. The only option left is to reset your passcode. You will need a computer to complete this task. You can reset your passcode by following the instructions in this article by Apple ➔ How to reset your passcode on a disabled iPhone. All your data on your iPhone will be wiped clean in the process.


You stated that your computer does not recognize your iPhone and here is more information on ➔ what to do if your computer doesn't recognize your iPhone or iPad.

I also have this problem, my phon fall down and broken screen had problem , I just need my document and photos, the screen had problem and unfortunately locked screen and wrote: ' Iphone disabled. Connect to iTunes”. but I know my password ,I don't know what I can do???!! , I don't want my phon I just want my photos and document, near 200G without backup:((((((((((

You too will have to erase your iPhone using the directions provided by Axel above. If you have backed up your phone, or you had Photos turned in iCloud, you'll get your photos back. If didn't backup, nor have Photos turned on in iCloud, you won't. There aren't any alternatives.
