How to add Ringtone into iPhone from Mac without iTunes

  1. Mp3 was changed into m4r file in my Mac but the m4r file can't be opened in Music even it's shown as Ringtone in 'Kind' there.
  2. Moreover it can't be moved into iPhone like iTunes while Windows was using because this is the first time I purchased Mac to use instead Windows
  3. So, as a try, iTunes was downloaded here then it can't be installed and shown as earlier versions below 11.

My Question is the way how to get ringtone into iPhone from Mac.

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 11.3
