Time machine deleted all files in my External drive, how to retrieve the files and remove my External from the time machine in MAcOsBig sur. m1 model.

TM would not have deleted 100% of your files unless you did something like reformat the drive. If this drive has nothing on it then I'm afraid you have lost all the info. Perhaps you can use a file restore app or have a professional try to retrieve the files. However, you can remove the external drive from backing up by TM by excluding the drive in the TM preferences pane.
