iMessage and FaceTime on my iPhone XS are stuck on verifying my phone number. I’ve tried everything I found on internet but it didn’t worked. I’ve read tones of information on official Apple site and trier following the instruction written there, but it changed nothing too. So, I think it’s system’s problem and need help.

I’ve already tried everything written there but none of them were helpful. I even contacted Apple Support and been told to contact network provider, but I don’t think there’s any problem with it. I’ve been to various technicians and they told me that my iPhone’s system need something to be downloaded by Apple Support in order to use iMessage and FaceTime with my phone number.
iMessage and FaceTime are stuck on verifying my phone number.
