There doesn't appear to be an option to search only within the Apple Arcade tab. It seems to obvious to me, especially for a product that Apple is (or ought to be) keen to push. If there is a way, I haven't found it.

After you subscribe to Apple Arcade, you can download any Apple Arcade game for no additional charge:
You can also search the App Store for a specific game."
