Why doesn't Apple create ergonomic keyboards?
Is the "Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop" keyboard compatible with MacBook Air laptops??

You'll need to ask apple why no ergonomic keyboards.
Generally, USB keyboards work as expected attached to a MacBook Air with the proper compatible adapter.
