Chances are it is a .plist file, named com.bc20.plist, and located at: /Library/LaunchAgents/
To get rid of it, I suggest you try either of the following:

Restart computer in Safe Mode. Immediately at restart hold the SHIFT key until the Apple Logo appear then release. It will try a Disk Repair, clear cache files and only load Apple Software, extensions and fonts. So, load slowly - normal behaviour. Once it presents to Log In Screen - does the error bc20 get presented 1- before or 2 - after login in or 3- not at all ??
Where are you seeing this error and what were you attempting to do, when you got it?
after my computer boots up the error pops up I click reopen and a few seconds later it pops up again
it shows after log in and continues to pop up
it says bc20 quit unexpectedly click reopen
