New Apple Watch - no Monthly Challenge

I have a new Apple Watch, but I’m not receiving a monthly challenge in Health & Fitness….? My wife has received hers, but she has had her Apple Watch for a while.

Monthly fitness challenge isn’t appearing. I just got an Apple Watch SE there in September 11th and there is no monthly challenge. Does anyone know why this is?

Limited Edition Fitness Challenges Is anyone having issues receiving the February limited edition challenges? I never received the Unity one and do not have the Heart Month one today. I have restarted both my iPhone 11 and Apple Watch series 5. They are both up to date. I am accepting special challenges via the watch settings on my iPhone. Any ideas?
