Sony Headphone App connection
Installed the Sony headphone app on my phone but it keeps crashing and is not connecting to my iPhone 12 Pro or even iPhone 8.
what might be the reason?

The headphone app doesn't connect to your phone
You install it, pair your Sony headphones to your phone then open the app so you can access settings for the headphones.
I have it installed on my iphones and ipad without issues.
Try deleting the app and install it again.
