My Mac won't allow Big Sur download. Why?

Thanks for replying.
In the Overview it says "iMac (27-inch Late 2013)". Is this my issue? I have 4 iMacs only one has Big Sur downloaded and that is a "Late 2015"
yes, that's it. big sur is only compatible with 2014 and later iMacs. sorry.
