if you have a certain setting selected you can know while in that very moment your location is being accessed via the “current location arrow symbol thing” in the top row status bar with slight variations indicating gps location was recently or is actively being accessed in general in some way by you, your apps, or by someone else but without necessarily identifying the source of the tracking. If you have all location permissions set definitively in a way that only ‘someone tracking you’ was permitted and no other location service was accessible you could deduce that ‘your being tracked’ by sed person had occurred for your own personal confirmation. (I’m unfamiliar with any sort of ledger, this would serve only as your own personal proof and would be only as definitive as your thoroughness in setting all location permission settings in the right way allowing all necessary permissions relevant to the suspected tracking and denying all other permissions to serve as a controlled environment preventing contaminating the experiment with more than one allowed source of gps access. Then you would decide whether you feel satisfied with knowing ‘yes or no’ that you’re being tracked and then can reset settings for normal use or leave your settings strictly isolating the activity status of someone tracking you with a live indicator to use as you deem fit. If you’ve read this far and somehow are staying with me, understanding this: use your own discretion of whether or not there is a safety concern with this person continuing tracking you and if you find they are, now that you have acquired certainty for your own personal awareness that it at some point occurred, consider trading your live notification you’re being tracked with discontinuing their permission to continue to do so (depending on what you feel is the safest option based on your specific situation).
