For you in photos not working

In my new iPhone 11, the photos are taking forever to be backed up to iCloud over mobile data. This is how far the upload has progressed in two whole days. It doesn’t seem to be having any progress since. What might be the issue and how can I fix it?

iPhone 11, iOS 14

Salutations niveditha64,

We understand that the sync of your photos to iCloud over cellular data is taking longer than anticipated.

This step can take some time, though it almost appears to be uploading more items than are in your Photos library. Did you recently delete some data from the Photos app? Do you have a strong Wi-Fi network you can connect to? That should speed up the process. Also, if you pause and then unpause the upload then check again a bit later do you notice any progress. Another good step to take is to restart your iPhone to refresh things. Restart your iPhone

Let us know how that goes.
