not receiving cc'ed email in my icloud email or in junk
Just recently I have not been receiving email into my icloud email when the sender cc to me.
Any thoughts?

Thanks for reaching out about not receiving email in iCloud. We can help with this. Do you receive emails when you are the primary recipient? Are you able to send emails successfully? Does this happen with everyone who CC's you or only one contact?

yes I do receive emails as primary recipient.
yes I can send emails from iCloud account
it does not happen with everyone who ccs me - sometimes but not always I can find an email in junk even though these are from people I have regularly been in contact with.

As per the article Address emails in Mail on Mac - Apple Support
Some mail servers won’t send a message if even just one address is incorrect. Try to remove or correct invalid addresses, then send the message again.
