My apple ID is being use on another computer?

I changed my ID immediately but someone instaled guess user icon on my desktop and is using my computer.

Go to System Preferences/Users & Groups and unlock the padlock at the bottom left. Then select the Guest User. Uncheck Allow guests to log in to this computer. Lock the padlock.
