To remove Guest User - while logged in on your Admin Account >> System Preferences >> Users & Groups >> Bottom Left is Padlock >> Open it - will required Computer Password to unlock >> Guest Use and Turn it OFF. ReLock the padlock and done.

Change your Apple ID password and never ever give it out to anybody


Below will change the Computer Password


Intel Computer


1 - Restart computer and immediately hold Command + r keys


2 - Top Tool Bar >> Utilities >> Terminal


3 - Type resetpassword as one word and no spaces


4 - Press Return key


5 - Follow the prompts and remember the New Password


And never ever give it out to anybody
