I don't seem to be able to share iTunes music using Family Sharing. I have High Sierra. 10.13.6

How do I use Family Sharing to allow my spouse to access my iTunes content with High Sierra?

Family Sharing can be used to allow access to the purchase history of other members of the family. Other content can be shared over your local network using simple sharing. Home Sharing only applies to a single ID so that method isn't so useful. See Set up media sharing on Mac - Apple Support.
