Microphones working but opposite caller can’t here me

I was on a phone call with my iPhone 7 when suddenly the caller couldn't hear me - only static. I tested al the microphones and they work fine - Siri, voice memos, front and rear facing cameras. All loud and clear.

Callers can't hear me with cell calls and FaceTime. It does not matter if I'm making the phone call or receiving the phone call.

I've updated my iPhone iOS to the latest and reset my network settings. What else can I do?

We would like to see how we can help you with your iPhone. If you use headphones with the iPhone during a call, does the issue persist? What is the model number for your iPhone 7? Go to Settings > General > About for the model number. If you restart the iPhone with the steps in this link, does the issue return? Restart your iPhone
