When someone sends me money it doesn’t let me accept or reject because it says I need to verify my account, but whenever I try to do it it’s saying “verification failed”. So the money the person sent me no one has

When I go on settings on wallet it doesn’t say anything about verifying. It only said it when I tried to accept the money. But I can’t anymore because it says pending
