Apple ID not active

Apparently my second Apple ID was deactivated and it contains a vast majority of my app purchases, preventing me from updating or using any apps they need updating. Anybody have any suggestions to correct this issue?

Any account delinquency problems, you should reach out to Apple Support directly. Depending on your region, you may be able to reach them here: contact Apple Support
