Apps not showing up in the microphone tab in security and privacy settings

I went to try and record into FL Studio for the first time since I switched to a MacBook and noticed that FL studio was not receiving input from my microphone, I did a bunch of research and figured out that granting FL studio permission to the mic from the "Security and Privacy" in the system prefrences solved the issue, However When I go to do that there are no apps listed and there is just a blank box with the text

"Apps that have requested access to your microphone will appear here"

I have tried enables SIP through recovery mode, I have also tried testing it from a new admin test account, and I also tried to fix it by booting into safe mode. (None of which worked)

I have tried restarting my laptop (MacBook Pro 13inch m1 2020) Multiple times, and nothing worked

HOWEVER

I did try running FL studio through the terminal by clicking the exec file for FL studio, and the terminal

asked for mic permissions, So I said yes and then FLS received signal completely fine, like normal.

Although I would prefer if I didn't have to go into the backend of FL and run the exec through the terminal every time I need to make music.

I have also tried reinstalling the application and nothing changed, it didn't even ask for mic permissions.

MacBook Pro (2020 and later)
