Downloading Apps

When I try to download an app it tells me to enter my password then it starts to act like it's done and then a screen telling me to review my iTunes account and when I review it tells me to enter my password again after I do that it just loops and keeps on asking for it. How do I fix this?

Make sure the iOS (Internet Operating System) is up to date on your iPhone.
