I'm unable to set up cellular on my watch. I get an error message that the e911 address is not matching with records even though it's the correct address

New apple watch set up by provider not able to connect cellular I’ve reset both my phone and watch and fully updated the software. Had the EID number manually put into the watch by my provider but mine will not show that there is a sim, it says no ICCD or no SIM card with no provider. Because of this I am unable to connect to a cellular that is connected to my account. My provider have no idea what they are doing either and cannot understand what is going on. If you have figured out how to fix this issue please reply back it would be greatly appreciated.

Trying to call my watch cellular number directly and I get an error. My watch has a separate phone number that I should be able to call directly. But when I call that number I get an error stating "the wireless customer is not available" also no SMS messages go through when it is connected to Wifi if sent to that number. How do I get this number to work?
