Screen Time passcode

Hello

I am having an problem to change my screen time passcode, when I do that I forgot it, it show me to enter Apple ID and password, which I done properly, but every time it shows me that I am failed to attempt it, try again in 60 mins, I have done this multiple time, still this problem occurs.

could you please help me to sort out this issue?
