Payment method

My sister was originally the organiser of our family sharing which only consisted of me and her but a few years ago she stopped using that account and im trying to change the payment method to my card but I cant and the car that is on it can no longer be used but it wont let me change it

Family sharing payment method I can't get my iPad to change my payment method. I understand you can only used the one payment method for family sharing so I left so I could pay for my own stuff. I have add the new payment method on my apple id and am triple check I am not in the family anymore. Yet when I tried to purchase something it still only lets me use the old card that I don't have access too. I went into my settings and the apple id website and the original card and family sharing status are all removed. I also tired resetting my device to see if that would help and that didn't work either. I don't know what else I can do to fix this issue

Is there anyway to change payment method for Family Sharing? Is there anyway to change payment method for the family. Everyone in the family has tried to change this as the card no longer exists. It just has a lock by the card and there is no option to edit or delete [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Your sister needs to change the card. Only the family organizer can change the payment method.
