Is there anyway to change payment method for Family Sharing?

Is there anyway to change payment method for the family. Everyone in the family has tried to change this as the card no longer exists. It just has a lock by the card and there is no option to edit or delete

I have had to change my card and I am the Family Organizer. I added the new card before trying to remove the old card.
