Problem with payment

I have the problem with payment . My sister had been paying for my ICloud , but now her credit card is blocked. When I tried to change of delete the method of paying and add my credit card, it says that I can’t do it because there is an active subscription, requiring at least one payment method. What I need to do to eliminate this problem ?

 If you have a subscription, you need to add the new card, and then promote it to the primary payment method before you can remove the old card.
