IOS 14.7.1 SD Card Reader fails to import video

Hi All,

I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max. Running IOS 14.7.1

I use a number of cameras - Sony 6500, DJI OSMO Pocket etc. Up until today I used an Apple SD card reader or connected the DJI directly to the phone to download video to edit and publish. However I now have a problem.

1. I plug in the card reader
2. I see all the videos in photos that I wish to import
3. I select the video I want and select import
4. The clock at the top left shows progress and eventually it looks like the video is imported
5. A red circle with an ! appears on the video
6. If I disconnect the SD card and check in Photos the video has not imported

To my knowledge none of the video settings on the DJI Osmo have changed.

Has anyone else experienced this problem and if so have you been able to resolve it.
